License Agreement Summary

LoanTec license agreement is one page and very simple. The agreement may be canceled by you or us with 30 days written notice. We don’t require or need long term commitments simply because once you use LoanTec, you’ll love it and never want to change.

The software is licensed directly to you and all data you enter remains your property. You can’t resell or pass the software to another user without LoanTec’s written permission. We work hard to be sure the software is kept up-to-date, but we’re not responsible for errors or damages that arise.

The software is copyrighted and you agree to return all copies and documentation upon termination and to reasonably protect and safeguard the software from outside interests.
